After dedicating twenty years to the Air Force as an aircraft electrical systems craftsman, I embarked on a new journey in software engineering. Transitioning from military service to the tech world was a significant shift, but my passion for technology and problem-solving made it a natural fit. Throughout this journey, I’ve faced challenges and doubts, but the support from my family and community has been invaluable.

One of my most profound realizations after leaving the military was the need to find a new sense of purpose and belonging. Being part of the Software Engineering team at Unify America has given me that sense of fulfillment, allowing me to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance our democracy. Every day, I learn something new and feel proud to be part of a team that makes a difference.

When I’m not coding or learning, you can find me spending quality time with my family, painting tabletop gaming miniatures in our hobby room, or enjoying games with loved ones.
