Return policy
Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please Note: A $5 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $50. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To return an item, please email customer service at store@unifyamerica.org to obtain details about shipping the item(s) back to us. After receiving your shipping details, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address: TBD
Return shipping charges will be paid by us if the item is significantly damaged. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 15 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any clothing items that have been worn or washed
- Stickers that have already been used
- Sale items listed as “final sale”

Shipping policy
Orders placed on UnifyAmerica.org are shipped out on Tuesdays (excluding major holidays) and will be shipped 4-5 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification.
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not cover shipping on international orders.
Unify America ships to all 50 states, using standard shipping through USPS.
Lost package
An item is considered lost if it is never reported as delivered. Please email us at store@unifyamerica.org to file a claim if it's well past the expected delivery date, or if your order is stuck in a shipping state other than "delivered"
Claims are considered "lost" after 7 days without a tracking status update (20 for international) and must be filed no later than 30 days from the last update.
Damaged package
If your package arrives damaged, unusable, or otherwise in an unacceptable condition (for example, the box is wet, torn, etc.), you may email us at store@unifyamerica.org to file a claim immediately. Please remember to include pictures of the item(s) and packaging. Damaged claims must be filed within 15 days from the date it was marked delivered.
Stolen package
We also consider packages marked "delivered" (and not received) as stolen. We ask that you wait 5 days from the day the package was marked delivered; it is common for packages to be scanned as delivered and not show up for a few days. Stolen claims must be reported to us at store@unifyamerica.org within 15 days from the date it was marked delivered.
